Founded in 2001 by business partners David Dresen and Jay Silber, Snow Mountain Builders specializes in mountain specific residential and light commercial construction in Grand County, Colorado. Our projects cover a broad spectrum of the needs that our community requires. From the most humble bathroom remodel, deck rebuild, town homes, water treatment facilities, to multi-million dollar custom homes and nearly everything in between, we can build your vision and help you realize your dream of spectacular mountain living. Snow Mountain Builders works with a number of licensed architects and engineers, both locally and across Colorado, as well as offering our own in-house construction design services. Over 50% of the projects we build are designed in-house by owner, David Dresen.
